About the group
Liquideep is a soul, house, and R&B duo formed in Johannesburg, South Africa in 2007. The group was formed by Jonathan ‘Ziyon’ Hamilton (artist/songwriter/producer) and Thabo ‘Ryzor’ Shokgolo (DJ/producer). Jonathan Hamilton is American-born but moved to South Africa in 2004 where he met Thabo Shokgolo and the 2 decided to exchange skills.
